I was the Remedial Producer & Mixer called in to completely overhaul this failed Latin Trap / Reggaeton project. I delivered the commercial energy and pulse by designing a symbiotic layer of synth brass/sampled horns. I fixed aggressive vocals using iZotope RX (de-reverb, de-clip, de-saturate) and achieved aggression/density through my heavy parallel processing (compression, saturation, transient shaping) and two-stage sidechaining.
